Terms & Conditions
1. About AscentFlow
AscentFlow provides business and leadership development experiences designed to support reflection, self-awareness, clearer decision-making and more intentional ways of building and leading a business.
Our services may include workshops, facilitated experiences, educational content, guided reflection, personal development practices, digital or physical resources, group discussions and other business and leadership development activities.
2. Scope of our services
AscentFlow provides business, leadership, educational and personal development experiences.
AscentFlow does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapy or other healthcare services. Our workshops, programs, resources and practices are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any medical or mental health condition and are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified health professional.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether participation in an AscentFlow experience is appropriate for you and may choose not to participate in any particular exercise or activity.
3. Outcomes
AscentFlow experiences are intended to support reflection, learning, awareness and business or leadership development.
Individual experiences and outcomes will vary. We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, business, financial or other result from participating in an AscentFlow workshop, program, service or practice.
Any business decisions or actions you take following an AscentFlow experience remain your responsibility.
4. Bookings and payments
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation of your purchase.
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and are subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Where an event has limited capacity, a place is only confirmed following successful payment.
5. Event participation
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants.
AscentFlow may refuse or discontinue participation where behaviour is unsafe, seriously disruptive, abusive or significantly affects the experience or wellbeing of other participants.
Information or experiences voluntarily shared by other participants during group activities should be treated respectfully and confidentially.
6. Cancellations, credits and refunds
Change of mind or inability to attend
Unless required by law, we do not automatically provide refunds where you change your mind or are unable to attend an event.
If you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled event, we may provide a credit equal to the amount paid, which can be used towards a future eligible AscentFlow experience.
Cancellations received less than 7 days before the event, and non-attendance on the day, will generally not be eligible for a refund or credit.
We understand that serious illness, emergencies and exceptional circumstances can occur. Please contact us at hello@ascentflow.com.au and we may consider these circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation or rescheduling by AscentFlow
If AscentFlow cancels an event and does not provide a suitable alternative, participants will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.
If an event needs to be rescheduled, we will provide affected participants with information about the new arrangements and available options.
Nothing in this cancellation policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
